An intuitive user experience and integrated tools to maximize field productivity
In close collaboration with Frescobaldi, Adiacent has developed an app dedicated to agents, born from the idea of Luca Panichi, IT Project Manager at Frescobaldi, and Guglielmo Spinicchia, ICT Director at Frescobaldi, and realized thanks to the synergy between the teams of the two companies. The app completes the offer of the existing Agents Portal, allowing the Sales Network to access their customers’ information in real time through mobile devices. The app was designed with a focus on the informational needs and typical operations of Frescobaldi agents on the go. With a simple, intuitive, and user-friendly interface, it has seen a widespread adoption across the sales network in Italy.
The app’s key features are all centred around customers and include: management of customer data (including offline mode), order consultation, monitoring and consulting assignments of fine wines, statistics, and a wide range of tools to optimize daily operations. Agents can check the status of orders, track shipments, consult product sheets, download updated price lists and sales materials, and geolocate customers in the area.

Real-time push notifications enable agents to stay constantly updated on crucial information, including alerts about blocked orders and overdue invoices, as well as commercial and managerial communications, simplifying the operational process.
It’s worth noting that the app is designed to operate on both iOS and Android devices, ensuring complete flexibility for the agents.
The project was conceived with particular attention to UX/UI: from intuitive user interface to smooth navigation features, every detail has been crafted to ensure a user experience that simplifies access to information, making the application not only effective for everyday operations, but also pleasant and intuitive.
With this innovative tool, Frescobaldi expects a significant reduction in requests to the customer service in Italy, thereby contributing to the optimization of overall operations for the agents’ network.
