3F Filippi chooses Adiacent’s Whistleblowing solution

3F Filippi S.p.A. is an Italian company which has been operating in the lighting sector since 1952 and is known for its long history of innovation and quality in the market. With a vision focused on absolute transparency and corporate ethics, 3F Filippi has adopted Adiacent’s Whistleblowing solution in order to guarantee a work environment compliant with regulations and corporate values.

With a constant commitment to integrity and legality, 3F Filippi was seeking an effective solution to allow employees, suppliers, and all other stakeholders to report possible violations of ethical standards or misconduct securely. It was essential to ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of the reports, as well as to provide an easily accessible and scalable system.

The solution – also adopted by Targetti and Duralamp, part of the 3F Filippi Group – features a secure and flexible system that provides a channel for reporting potential violations of company policies. Reports can also be made anonymously, ensuring the utmost confidentiality and protection of the whistleblower’s identity.

The platform, realised on Microsoft Azure, was customized in order to satisfy the company’s specific needs and integrated with a voicemail feature to allow reports to be made via voice messages as well. By so doing, the report is sent in MAV format directly to the company’s supervisory body.

Adiacent began working on the topic of Whistleblowing in 2017, by forming a dedicated team responsible for implementing the solution. Recently, in light of new regulations and to further enhance the effectiveness of the system, a significant update of the platform has been carried out.

Adiacent’s whistleblowing solution has provided 3F Filippi with a trustworthy mechanism to collect reports of ethical violations or misconduct by employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders, therefore allowing the company to preserve a high standard of integrity and legality in all its activities.
