The Learning Management System (LMS) that guarantees access to training content
We collaborated with MAN Truck & Bus Italia S.p.A., a multinational corporation in the automotive industry, in choosing the most suitable Learning Management System (LMS) platform for the company’s training needs, opting for Docebo, a market leader in this field. This allowed us to configure approximately 400 courses, both e-learning and Instructor-Led Training (ILT), currently organized in 46 catalogs and 88 training plans. The project, now, involves the registration of about 1,500 users.
The challenge was to employ a single Learning Management System (LMS) that ensured access to training content for contractual partners and all employees, using any device and at any time, with advanced features for managing records and training paths.

Docebo has allowed us to configure various roles and profiles to differentiate access granularly for the different figures involved in the learning process. Currently, we are integrating both gamification features to encourage user engagement and a set of tools for measuring the results achieved and for the billing of paid courses. This platform has also seen the implementation of custom developments using the APIs provided by Docebo: the ability to take notes on course materials and the management of procedures for sending billing data for courses and training paths to the management system have been provided.
Another aspect in which the platform has proven to be successful is evident in the configuration by MAN Academy of a dashboard and related specific courses for training students as part of a special project for schools.
Thanks to our organizational model, we support MAN in the governance of the platform and in support activities day by day.
