The previous system was complex and difficult to maintain, causing challenges in managing activities and updating websites with new content. The goal was to find an online platform that could <strong>meet the company\u2019s needs without disrupting its established management procedures<\/strong>. <strong>Shopify<\/strong> was chosen for its <strong>solid, scalable, and easily customizable ecosystem<\/strong>, perfectly aligning with Tenacta\u2019s website management and operational requirements.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The project involved creating <strong>four synchronized properties<\/strong> to enable smooth and responsive management of catalog data and the content management system (CMS). <strong>Integrating two e-commerce websites<\/strong> for different brands on the same platform was a significant challenge, but Shopify efficiently and simply met this requirement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-65837d3 e-con-full e-flex elementor-invisible e-con e-child\" data-id=\"65837d3\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;animation&quot;:&quot;fadeIn&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b2c8482 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b2c8482\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">The Development Process: Agile and Collaborative<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ba9044d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ba9044d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">For the development of the new system, the <strong>Scrum method<\/strong> was adopted, involving a <strong>flexible and iterative working process<\/strong> that allowed rapid adaptation to emerging needs throughout the project lifecycle. This approach included continuously \u201cunpacking\u201d different front-end sections of the website, defining functionalities to be migrated from the previous site, developing and launching individual functionalities, and finalizing testing and go-live phases.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">A key aspect of this process was the <strong>continuous exchange of information and collaboration with Tenacta\u2019s development team<\/strong>, ensuring <strong>seamless integration of new functionalities<\/strong> with their daily operational needs. This constant dialogue allowed for the prompt identification and resolution of potential issues before the go-live phase.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">One of the main challenges was <strong>managing the go-live phase during a high-seasonality period<\/strong> for both brands. The launch coincided with a significant sales peak due to seasonal promotions and high demand for Imetec products. This critical phase required <strong>coordinated and precise teamwork among Tenacta, Adiacent, and Shopify<\/strong> to ensure a smooth implementation without interruptions. The specific assistance during the go-live phase was crucial, enabling a seamless transition and minimizing downtime risks.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The replatforming to Shopify has been a <strong>significant success for Tenacta<\/strong>, modernizing and simplifying the management processes of its e-commerce websites, <strong>enhancing operational efficiency, and improving customer experience<\/strong>. Thanks to the straightforward and collaborative approach with Adiacent, Tenacta overcame technical challenges and developed a high-performance, scalable platform. Shopify proved to be the ideal choice, enabling a more fluid, secure, and customizable management process for the Imetec and Bellissima online stores.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">This project demonstrates that adopting an advanced e-commerce platform, <strong>supported by an experienced technical partner<\/strong>, can be pivotal in achieving <strong>strategic business objectives<\/strong> while<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>enhancing user experience and optimizing internal management processes.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">\u201cThe new solutions delivered what we hoped for: fully automated management processes for our e-commerce websites and the internalization of development processes, thanks in large part to the training and support provided by Adiacent.
